Happy Camper

Jewish summer camp was her parents’ idea, and Reina doesn’t like it. At all. Her parents had met there and had made amazing memories, but she wasn’t like them. For one thing, she was gay at a camp which wasn’t exactly known for acceptance. For another, she was the only Latina kid there. But, she had promised her parents that she would try to have fun. So, she hatched a plan: she would return to the closet for the summer and try to fit in with the rest of the girls. When she finds herself crushing on a bunkmate, though, her plans come crashing down as she finally finds a reason to love camp.
